Formatting sequence:

1. Normalize unnecessary multiple spaces.
2. Read SQL statements using ; as the statement separator.
3. Read one complete line at a time.
4. REMOVE TAB is applied before writing the current line.
5. The current line is written with exactly the current TAB count.
6. ADD TAB is applied only after the complete line is written.
7. The resulting TAB count becomes the starting TAB count of the next line.
8. Keep the original SQL words and characters unchanged as much as possible.
